  : For 1 month i've been following administrators to provide me with invoice for my stay (Peter and his colleagues). I paid for my stay and i have a right to get an invoice for money i paid. All over the world things work like this except for this property. Once they got the money they don't care anymore. I had to call several times, i sent emails and in the end they sent me email that i have to get invoice from Booking.com. At booking.com they said property should provide with invoice. I'm not even complaining that there is no one to get keys from when you arrive to the property. We were arriving at 7 am so we paid for previous day as well to be able to check in earlier than standard check in time and in the end we had to wait until administrators will come to work at 9 am to give us keys. We informed them at what time we are arriving but no one arranged for us anything. The same happened when we were leaving - we had to leave keys on ground floor desk where was no one.
