Dubai has some of the most interesting archeological sites which attract thousands of visitors and researchers from all over the world. This began in 1959 when the first archeological site was discovered in al- Nar Island. In Dubai the most famous and fascinating three archeological sites include:

- Al Ghusals
- Al Sufooh
- Jumeirah

These are the most famous ones. Jumeirah is the most popular when it comes to choosing the best one from these. The site was revealed in 1968. The site uncovered the history of how people use to live way back in the 6th century. There were discovered a number of everyday items lie metal coins, ruins of stone houses, pottery, glassware.

Various interesting dwellings are also found which appeals tourists from all over the world. Some of these revealed items from Jumeirah site are kept in Dubai Museum. This site cannot be visited by tourists until you obtain an official permit from the Dubai Museum.

Artifacts can also be viewed at Dubai Museum and Heritage Village. The Al Fahidi Fort is also a must visit for tourists where you will be able to find a variety of collection like boats, weapons etc. Jumeirah Mosque is also one of its kinds which is an absolute delight to view.
