  : Nice studio, clean, with comfortable bed and sofa, and good equipment for a longer stay (3 weeks) alone. For 2 persons (couple) too small. Great location, 5 minutes to DMCC metro station, 15 minus walk to JBR beach. All facilities nearby: supermarkets, lot of restaurants and cafes all with good value for money. For someone who does not depend on services of a hotel perfect alternative, especially in this exaggerated, unjustified expensive Dubai area.
  : Sometimes unpleasant smell in the bathroom. A bedside lamp in function would be nice.

  : During booking I emailed Humphrey with passport and itinerary for my wife and I and told him we’d arrive at 2am. When we arrived, keys were not available. I called Humphrey-no answer and was told he finished work at7pm. Called many different numbers until finally a guy named Bilal answered. He came and gave us the key which was under the doormat of the room. No Communication was given for our room number. No one was there to receive us, even we tried to call him his phone was switched off and he didn’t even give order to the security to open for us, until we reach the emergency after 40 mins, they informed that the door is open for room 3015, surprisingly it wasn’t open and one of the emergency had to come to open the door. The towels were dirty “Samuel” from the company took picture, the bathroom were fluded with water he took picture too. Last but not least we agreed that I will pay at the residency but they deducted the amount from my credit card without informing me.
