  : Property Location is good however information need to be shared for better understanding.
  : Behavior of staff. No communication with tower admin before arrival of guest. When we reached building staff behavior was very strange as no one shared our detail with reception. despite of our many call access to gym & pool was not given due to un valid access cards.

  : I arrived to Park towers at 3 pm, i was able to go to the apartment at 4 pm after one hour delay from your side 1.The apartment was not clean completely 2. I asked for a non smoking unit, the smell of cigarette was all over the place even the sheets 3. I made 8 phone calls since I arrived to the apartment, your receptions are not helpful at all. They repeatedly told me that they will call me back. 4. There was no internet connection i called and no respond even on your emergency line. 5. The smell of the cigarette was very disgusting I have spoken to your representatives I believe they have a record of our conversation. 6. My stay and experience with Frank Porter was very disappointing. 7. The internet was connected for 24 hrs, the technician came and spend one hour in the apartment, i had to wait for two days to be able to work online 8. The paking access card is not active due to the late payment of the apartment’s owner
