  : Very good location and very large apartment. Good facilities.
  : traffic in the area was very busy and we had an hours delay stuck in traffic trying to find the carpark, instructions could have really helped!! Shams 4 carpark is in the Ramada hotel and suites by Wyndham JBR if it helps anyone else, and security will let you in before checking in. We had problems with other people parking in our designated space -but security were very helpful with this. Personally for us the beds were very hard, didn’t sleep well because of this (we would have rebooked for our next visit as it was a lovely apartment but the comfort of the bed would stop us) Was also noisy during the night -but this is a trade off for the good location.

  : It was the first time we rented apartment via Frank Porter. Property was exactly as described with perfect sea view with walking distance to the beach, few small shops on site. Apartment was well equiped. Communication with them was quick but not exactly easy. They only answered on our questions so not much info provided without us asking. Just be aware if everything goes well it takes about 2 weeks until they refund your security deposit aprox GBP300. We still havet received ours. Aparently som accounting department delays! Right!!! We have left apartment as requested in imaculate conditions. Also it is self check in and out so no one meet you at property as advertised on booking.com. Holiday was perfect however experience with security deposit ruined it all. Balcony is small but excellent view!
