  : The location. Close to the mall and centre of Dubai.
  : One of the bed had bed bugs. The organization didn't respond or react and in fact overcharged us. Also, they were difficult to reach and slow to respond.

  : The location is good for who likes to stay close to Burj Khalifah & Dubai mall .
  : The property are totally different from the description in booking.com , its smaller than 190 sqm , its in the ground floor the garage been used as a store for owner's old belongings ( not clean at all ) . the furniture old and not clean , we wait to check in more than one hour even we call 3 times to confirm our arrival , the back office staff are not helpful at all , i call them 4 times during that one hour , no proper responses . From 3 toilets only 2 got shower and 1 only functioning . TV not working since remote been lost . They say it can accommodate 6 adults , only 3 bed provided , no extra matrix or beds !! I dont recommend it at all , for same what i paid i can get much better place .
