  : They are asking 200AED for security deposit otherwise they will hold the ID with them. How I will go outside and drive without emirates ID. Also, we have waited more than 30 mins in the reception because room was not ready

  : It was the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel, from the parking that the hotel already has but they charge u to use it which i said no problem, then when u enter to the lobby they r shouting to guests and treating them in a very unprofessional way, when i saw this i wanted money back but i have already paid through the app i paid 280 dhs. Waited for the room that was booked before on the app for more than 30 minutes, seeing what is happening in the lobby scared me more and every time i asked the receptionist is the room ready or not i really get disgusted from the way they answer, then after waiting for so long received the room it was unclean, smelled like smoke, the worst bathroom i have seen in a hotel they put only one towel in the bathroom even thought i asked on the app for extra towels and i didn't want to call room service after what i have seen, in the end when i was checking out they made me wait again and suddenly someone like a manager called me and he was holding a calculator and telling me that there was a bed sheet damage and tapped on the calculator 120 dhs and wanted me to pay or he will not give me my id card back, so i paid the 120 even thought there was no any damage in the sheets but i wanted to leave this place a soon as possible.
