  : Pool was nice when the kind building staff let us access it without the apartment access card.
  : The building staff are fantastic. OYO and the customer care absolutely useless. 2.5 hours and 4 phone calls to check in, then no parking/pool/gym access card found. It never actually arrived. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Air conditioning failed in the living room/kitchen and main bedroom. The bedroom that did actually have AC had no lights and barely cooled down, 27 degC at the coolest. Both bathroom lights flickered and crackled like they were about to start a fire, so shower in the dark. Balcony was filthy. Floors were sticky, extremely dirty in the corners and crevices. Kitchen utensils and crockery crusted with old food. No kitchen towel or cleaning amenities. Bathroom towel had brown marks when unfolded. We stayed one night and wasted half a day waiting for maintenance to fix the AC. We gave up and left before staying the second night, no compensation or refund offered yet. Don't waste your time with these amateurs.
