  : I really enjoyed the location of the apartment. The decoration was fantastic and it was very clean. It was also really easy to find. PLEASE NOTE- reception area is on level 2! I went up and down in the lifts a few times to work this out! Bambie was great at managing the property and answered any questions I had about it and was very helpful at providing advice when I was trying to gain access to the property. She was great and very accommodating by giving us a late check out.
  : If you are driving then it can be very difficult to access the property as you need to retrieve the keys from the apartment for the car park. There is hardly any parking on the street so it does benefit to have another person with you to run up and get the car parking access card whilst you wait in the car!

  : The location and studio were great, superb to have a balcony and have breakfast and a drink outside (albeit that the view was not as promised - see later note) - everything was very clean, the kitchen very well-equipped and overall, a well-equipped apartment. Good communication with the host. The location is very convenient to walk to the many nice areas in the close environment.
  : I booked a 'Penthouse Studio with balcony X to Mall' - that changed over time to ... 'next to Marina Mall'. It surely was a bummer with regards to the (expected) view I had from the balcony. This should make a difference in the rate and that explains why I rated the Value for Money not at the maximum. That would have made it an excellent experience. Albeit on the highest floor, I wouldn't call it a 'Penthouse'... and so the 'balcony X to Mall' became a misleading phrase...
