  : Nothing. The rooms were filthy. We asked for a no smoking room. The room we were allocated was stinking of stale smoke. The staff answer was air freshener. The patio doors did not close. The ac was noisy enough to keep us awake. The staff did not respect our wishes, for example, we asked that the rooms be left untouched overnight. When we walked in the floors were so wet my wife fell over.

  : Washroom is not clean there are damages everywhere and the sealing was open, i got bad smell in the main washroom. The whole apartment was smells bad (i had to use my personal air freshener to make me fell comfortable). TV-without any channels. most of the lights in the apartment didn't work properly they all burned or removed. A/C is too much noisy when every time its kick start (i almost got a heart attack) no complimentary water or coffee. didn't find any iron and iron board. kitchen items are dirty and not most items were there.
