  : The key card wasn’t working and we had to wait for them to get the real key so they can open it.We stayed for 2 nights and no one came to clean the room, when we came back at night we had to clean it and put the towels outside!

  : The apartment is extremely spacious and has a complete home feel - kitchen has everything including a nespresso machine, I loved the fit out and honestly the staff was super quick on checking in. Bathrooms are bliss.
  : There was an extremely uncomfortable number of ants/small cockroaches on the floors, they were everywhere in the living room, even up on the couches and tables.. it honestly really affected our stay to an unbearable level where we resulted in locking ourselves inside a bedroom. When we alerted the staff they said “due to the location of the building, being in Al Barari, there’s nothing they can do”We are also upgraded to the 4 bedroom apartment, however we were just two people - when we asked if we can add more people (since there were more rooms) they said we would be charged for the extra people, which seemed very odd to upgrade us to 4 bedrooms but can’t have more people. We were also charged an extra 100 AED for every hour after 12pm on checking out.
