  : The host was very nice. She did everythong to help us (e.g she immediately contacted the gas service when we ran out of gas is the cylinder).The studio has facilities like iron, hair drier etc.
  : The studio is not appropriate for 4 adults (the sofa is not a really extensible sofa. It has a single bed and a separate mattress on the floor).The distance to the beach is very big. You necessarily need a car.

  : It was nice and handy to where we wanted to be. Comfortable for 2 people.
  : Children playing in the hallway, riding push bikes past everyone’s unit & shouting to each other from one end to the other every night until approximately 11pm. I asked the children not to play down our end but didn’t make any difference.Complaint made to security.

  : Her instructions where the key was located was so late and I wasn't expecting it. She didn't pick up when I called to ask about the checkin procedures. No one escorted me in the flat for checkin, I went alone. I have never met the owner of the flat personally for any assistance.Today, I went out of the flat to buy some stuffs and when I came back the kitchen area was flooded until outside the main door with the water leakage which came from under the sink. I called Julia(owner) several times and she never pick up. I messaged the owner, however it took a long time for her to reply so I went downstairs to ask for help. I told the the security about the issue and he called Julia but she also didn't pick up. The security decided to call for plumber. The leakage had been fixed but it the whole fixing thing took a lot of time from me. When I was discussing the issue to the owner she told me that the leakage was not there before I came, instead of apologizing this was her response to me.Another issue was about the checkout time. It is clearly mentioned from booking.com that the check out time is 18:00. That is one of the reasons why I chose to stay in this place since my flight is late in the evening. As per the owner i can only stay until 12:30 and and I didn't request for a late check out. She also mentioned that it is subject to availability. None of this was mentioned in the booking. From the booking it says 18:00.(Have a look in some of the screenshots and photos i took) Washing machine is not working. Its mentioned during booking that there's a washing machine available but i was informed by the owner after checking in that i cant use it.Warning! I spoke with the security supervisor and as per him it is not allowed to rent in any room from the building. It is illegal.I'll give a minus score for this. 2.5 is not even the worth which i paid for.

  : My best friends were staying in the apartment as they had come on a visit to Dubai. The facilities were exceptional. The host was very kind and very accommodating. She was constantly in touch to ensure the stay of guests was comfortable and pleasing. The amenities were excellent. Very happy with the service and will definitely book in future as well! Highly recommended :)
