  : Excellent location, lovely apartment - clean, well-appointed, aesthetically pleasing, lovely bathrooms (three showers, four toilets). We were two families of four each and were very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, huge fridge. The whole apartment is exactly as the photos show. Great views from the 28th-floor rooms and from a lovely, spacious balcony. The Frank Porter people were generally quick to respond to issues and gladly accommodated our early check-in (9 AM instead of 3 PM because there was no booking on the day). My interactions with Farah were very positive
  : The 'third bedroom' is tiny, barely accommodating the bunk bed. the 'sofa bed' in the drawing-room is rather cramped and fiddly; NOT for two adults but since our group included kids, it was manageable. we had to ask the people to come in and show us how it works

  : Several things:1. The apartment was wet becouse of the sanitizer everything was wet the carpets and the beds it tooked the whole day to be dry. 2.bad smell in everywhere3.there was no trolley to carry our luggage in the check out and they didn't send anyone to help us to carry the laggages3.they didn't give us a parking we have have to ask the sequrity every time when we are in and out4.they let us pay for the sequrity deposit becouse of an old issue on the apartment door handle and we payed even its not our fault. 5. Uncomfortable sofa6. Late check-in
