  : The hotel is well located just off the Sheikh Zayed Rd. it is few minutes drive from The Mall of the Emirates and a few minutes walk from the Sharaf DG metro station. The staff are very courteous. Cheaper than many, though not all, of the alternatives.
  : I've lived in the UAE long enough to be unsurprised by the appearance of the occasional cockroach, however we encountered many during our stay, to point that it's fair to describe this as and infestation. The apartment desperately needs proper fumigation, something that did not surprise the staff member who I told. As things stand the apartment is uninhabitable and we will not be returning. The flat includes a basic kitchen but three out of the four rings on the oven do not work, probably because of a huge crack across the middle of the glass surface. The double mattress in the master bedroom was extremely hard - possibly the hardest I have ever tried to sleep on anywhere. On final point: although I didn't expect much of one for the price, it really shouldn't be called "The View". That is, unless wish to look at either the elevated metro line next to SZR, or close-by windows of next door apartments or hotel rooms.
